I love a creamy greek marinade that involves yogurt and at least 24-48 hours in the fridge, but sometimes life throws a curveball and I just don't have time for all that! When I need all that Greek flavor in a pinch, this is my go-to dry rub! Use it on pork or chicken. Notice this doesn't have salt or pepper in it, so make sure you first season your meat accordingly. This mixture is enough to season about 10 pounds of bone-in chicken. Tips on how I use this are below!

Ingredients:

2 Teaspoon Basil

4 Teaspoons Oregano

1 Teaspoon Thyme

4 Teaspoons Onion powder

4 Teaspoons Garlic powder

2 Teaspoons Dill

2 Teaspoons Rosemary

2 Teaspoons Parsley

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions:

Combine all your your dried spices and mix! Apply to the meat of your choice.

Suggestions:

Drizzle your meat with olive oil and the juice of one lemon.

Salt and pepper generously

Apply dry rub

Bake or grill meat following recommendations for the meat you are using

Squeeze more lemon if desired before serving
