Makes 12 muffins


Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Milk ( Full fat is best, but all kinds will work)

  • 1/4 Cup full fat sour cream

  • 8 Tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Cups freshly shredded cheese

  • 2 Cups cooked meat shredded or chopped ( Chicken, sausage, ham, turkey)

  • 1 Teaspoon salt

  • A Couple dashes pepper

  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 Teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley

  • Dashed of dried dill

  • Dash of dried thyme

  • 2 Cups flour

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda

  • Parmesan cheese for topping ( optional)


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine milk, sour cream, butter, eggs, cheese, meat, and seasonings.

  2. Mix well

  3. Add dry ingredients

  4. Mix to combine, batter will be thick.

  5. Scoop into greased or lined muffins cups.

  6. Top with parmesan.

  7. Bake at 350 for 20-25 Minutes.
