Anyone who's a part pf my daily life should be able to tell you that my all time favorite food is buffalo chicken wings. I could eat them for every meal, everyday of my life, forever! And when I do stand back because I'm like a ferocious monster. All etiquette goes out the window and its orange fingers and a buffalo sauce covered face! But sometimes you need to sneak a veggie or two in the mix, and I don't believe in suffering through vegetables. I want to love them as much as the main dish! That's why I developed these oven roasted parmesan buffalo bites! If you love buffalo wings like I do, then you'll love these! They are super quick and easy, but most of all so delicious that you could eat them as a main dish, or serve them as an appetizer or side. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for added deliciousness.

Ingredients:

I Head of cauliflower

1/2 cup Butter

1/3 cup hot sauce

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan

1 Teaspoon garlic powder

1 Teaspoon onion powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Break up head cauliflower into pieces and place into a large bowl

  2. In a sauce pan combine butter and hot sauce

  3. Over a medium heat simmer until butter is melted, whisking well

  4. Pour over cauliflower

  5. Add remaining ingredients

  6. Toss well until cauliflower is completely coated

  7. Spread out onto a parchment lined baking sheet spacing them out so the aren't touching

  8. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until they've reached your desired doneness
