Fruity Chia Pudding

Ingredients: ( Makes 4 servings)
1½ cups fresh or frozen fruit
½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
¼ cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions:
In a blender, combine Fruit, yogurt, milk, sweetener, vanilla and salt.
Blend well until smooth.
Mix in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
Pour into desired serving cups.
Cover and place into refrigerator at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.
Top with your favorite topoings and enjoy!
