It's simple to make, endlessly customizable, and packed with nutrients to keep everyone fueled for the day ahead. All you need is a few simple ingredients prepared the night before, and you’ll have a ready-to-go breakfast or snack that tastes like a treat but is wholesome enough for a school lunchbox. Whether you top it with fresh berries, peaches, or even tropical fruit, this pudding makes healthy eating feel effortless.

Ingredients: ( Makes 4 servings)


  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen fruit

  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt




Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine Fruit, yogurt, milk, sweetener, vanilla and salt.

  2. Blend well until smooth.

  3. Mix in chia seeds until evenly distributed.

  4. Pour into desired serving cups.

  5. Cover and place into refrigerator at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.

  6. Top with your favorite topoings and enjoy!
